Return and Shipping


We value your business and want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, you can return it and we will refund its amount {minus the initial shipping costs}. All items are final sales. You must send an email to customer service within 10 days of receiving your order before returning an item. Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, torn, washed) and have all the original labels with the original invoice attached. To return, please send us an email at [email protected]

We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product if the item shows any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Products purchased online must be returned through the online store, and items purchased at the retail point must be returned according to their return policy. Customers bear the cost of sending the item back to Calligraphy Masters. Calligraphy Masters is not responsible for lost shipments from courier companies.


Our delivery prices are determined directly by the shipping companies used, depending on which part of the world you order. We do not add any additional processing fees. Adjustments to delivery fees and international tariffs are not determined and controlled by us. All additional fees on the goods are determined by the country in which your order is sent.

Order processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, except on public holidays. All orders are executed within 48 hours after the order is placed. Delivery times and dates may vary.

Damaged shipments

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
